oh yeah .. even though i'm cutting now .. but it's possible to add mass .. who knows .. anyway .. i'm about 4 hours to hit my chest and bi's .. can't wait to destroy them :)

ok guys .. my workout went bad today .. i went to gym and have to train Chest with sore Tri's .. yeah it was sore as hell since last tri's wrokout .. so it scared me that im not going to hit Iron 100% .. and yeah my attitude was off .. my mind was occupied with a lot of things .. u know life rules .. but anyway .. that wouldn't stop the warrior soul of Q80_MuscleHed .. that was my workout :


Chest :

Smith Machine Incline Press :
Set #1 : 60 kilos ( 135 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 140 kilos ( 315 pounds ) 4 reps .. wan't excepting that .. but u know when it comes to less motavition and off attitude to train .. u will except it :sademe: .. dirctly drop the wieght to 80 kilos ( 175 pounds ) and did pump set with 12 reps

gym80 Seated Machine Press :
Set #1 : 60 kilos ( 135 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 90 kilos ( 200 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 10 reps

LifeFitness Pec-Deck Machine :
Set #1 : 89 kilos ( 200 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 96 kilos ( 210 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 103 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 12 reps

Bi's :

gym80 Preacher curl machine :
Set #1 : 30 kilos ( 65 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 40 kilos ( 90 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 55 kilos ( 120 pounds ) 10 reps

Hammer Strength Machine MTS Bi's Curls : ( Single Hand )
Set #1 : 30 kilos ( 65 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 40 kilos ( 90 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 45 kilos ( 100 pounds ) 10 reps

Concentration Curls :
Set #1 : 12.5 kilos ( 25 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : same as set #1
Set #3 : same as set #1

did abs and then cardio session .. that's all guys .. as u can see .. i switched to machines this time .. when i'm off mode .. it's better to stick with them rather than doing free wieghts .. even my partners noticed that i wasn't %100 at the workout .. i have legs tommrow and i promise guys .. i will back with monsters wieghts .. and q80 is promising .. so stay tuned fellas .. :)

Bro! 315 on incline! AND YOUR UPSET! Your a strength freak man! Keep your head up, and to avoid burnin out man LEAVE THE GYM AT THE GYM BRO! Stop comin home and listening to the same musci u were listeing to when u were working out. Watch TV, hang out, just be sure to eat when your suppose to man. build your body in the gym, and have a life outside of it bro otherwise those gym walls close in on u real fast Q. Pleas efeel free to PM i would definatley like to help u anyway i can from avoiding a brun out on your part man.

horrible session, horrible...lol you know I'm just playing q80, despite the way you were feeling it was a very solid session bro and I wish I could even squat 315

hit em hard next session bro, watch a video before your workout and get crazy pumped man!
