by not touching the floor its actualy much harder 2 do and u really made it look eazy bro...and when u said that u didnt touch the floor i thought that u were gona do partials like lower the bar till ur knees but u went all the way down just leaving a few inches from the floor....wow i dont no wut 2 say bro but i dont know if i can even do wut u just did.....awsome awsome just awsome......keep hiting those weights hard and best of luck ya m3waaaad..........

ok fellas .. i trained Shoulders, Traps and Tri's .. and that was my workout :


Shoulders :

Smith Machine Front Press :
Set #1 : 60 kilos ( 135 pounds ) 12 reps, superset with DB lateral raise 15 kilos ( 30 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 80 kilos ( 175 pounds ) 12 reps, superset with DB lateral raise 17.5 kilos ( 35 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 12 reps, superset with DB lateral raise 20 kilos ( 45 pounds ) 12 reps

Traps :

Hammer Strength Standing machine Shrugs :
Set #1 : 120 kilos ( 265 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : 140 kilos ( 315 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 160 kilos ( 350 pounds ) 10 reps

Tri's :

LifeFitness Seated Tri's Extention :
Set #1 : 74 kilos ( 165 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 81 kilos ( 175 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 100 reps

Seated Overhead E-Z bar Extention :
Set #1 : 30 kilos ( 65 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 40 kilos ( 90 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 50 kilos ( 110 pounds ) 10 reps

One Arm Reverse grip Tri's pushdown :
Set #1 : 7.5 kilos ( 15 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 10 kilos ( 20 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : same as set #2

a session of ABS and then cardio .. that's all guys :)
