Chesicles : It's just a normal BB shrug, but instead of standing straight, go down a bit so the bar is just above your knies (just as with a hang clean) and then stand up staight fast and shrug the mofo up as strong as you possible can. The amount of weight you can move with these is insane and you will need straps if you want any hope of holding the bar.

BigBen : yeah man my belly start to kick in and legs are cut ( actully it's first bodypart start to be definte ) .. but needs to cut my fat a little bit more .. and as u know i'm still bloated from creatine .. but i don't care once i dropped out .. i will redifine again :)
MAK : the pump is unreal .. i really recommend this exersice guys .. better that the normal shrugs .. helps u destroy ur traps by lifting some heavy wieghts .. and my traps still sore from yesterday
