great deadlifts man. Very awe inspiring. Awesome dumbell rows as well like others have said. Nice transformation i see in here. Keep it uP!

Ok .. Shoulder time .. i tried power shrugs for traps .. and i tell u .. it's done his homework .. my traps are still sore damn it .. it got fucked by Deadz yesterday and power shrugs today :) .. also i went to do supersets in delts workout to maximise the pump on my shoulders

Shoulder:

Set #1 : Smith Machine Front Press : 60 kilos ( 135 pounds ) 12 reps superset with standing side lateral raise 12.5 kilos ( 25 pounds ) 12 reps

Set #2 : Smith Machine Front Press : 80 kilos ( 175 pounds ) 12 reps superset with standing side lateral raise 17.5 kilos ( 35 pounds ) 12 reps

Set #3 : Smith Machine Front Press : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 12 reps superset with standing side lateral raise 18 kilos ( 40 pounds ) 12 reps


Traps :

Power Shrugs : ( thx Jorno )
Set #1 : 80 kilos ( 175 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 140 kilos ( 314 pounds ) 12 reps

Tri's :

Skull Crusher :
Set #1 : 35 kilos ( 80 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 45 kilos ( 100 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 50 kilos ( 110 pounds ) 10 reps

Rope Pushdown :
Set#1 : 20 kilos ( 45 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 24 kilos ( 55 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 28 kilos ( 60 pounds ) 12 reps .. i hate lifefitness cable machines .. they're too heavy

LifeFitness Seated Tri's extention :
Set #1 : 60 kilos ( 135 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 67 kilos ( 150 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 74 kilos ( 160 pounds ) 12 reps

then went to do ABS .. and session of cardio .. that's all guys

You're ridiculously strong, q80. Are there any guys in your gym who can keep up with you?

When I lived in Dubai in '03 I trained at al Raisi and the Syrian dude who ran the place was a monster, but he was the only really huge guy I saw in the whole city. I'm just wondering if you're a big fish in a small pond over there. I kind of have that in Korea, but to a lesser extent than you, since I can't deadlift a train yet.

In any case, serious strength, endurance, everything bro. Keep it up!

I can see q80 thinking, that 80 kilos was nothing, lets put so damn weight up! Increase with...20 kilos? 20 is quite alot. Q80 does his set. Damn, I didn't even feel a diffrence, let's put some damn weight up! Does 140 kilos. Damn, I'm finished my third set, well next time more weight!

You gotta love those powershrugs, there're the best. And you even done them the day after deads, nice man!

LooooL at these posts ..

DaeguDave - My gym has a lot of big guys there .. most of them are bigger than me ( not sure if they are on roids or not ) but i till u bro .. even im not as big as they are .. but i can match most of there lifts .. i didn't see anyone of him deadlift the same wieght as me or squat as well.. i've seen one of them at once deadlift 345 pounds and he just did 5 reps on it .. that's make laugh and said to myself i'm the master of deadz here :) .. and maybe i'm the only one who did Front squat there .. the majority doing Back squat .. and my wieght are decent in front and really happy with them .. people stare at me when i load the wieghts or drag the dumbells to do my sets .. because i'm going nuts like insulting the dumbells calling some ronnie's words ( and become like the hulk looool ) like xweak said .. i'm doing the same thing brother :)

Peanut - i'm looking to deadlift a small plane soon looool ..

great job Q....hey probably the lifefitness cable machines r 1 pully thats y it feels heavier, cuz if its 2 pully the weight will feel lighter...after all heavier is bettaaaa.... ...............
