Ok .. Shoulder time .. i tried power shrugs for traps .. and i tell u .. it's done his homework .. my traps are still sore damn it .. it got fucked by Deadz yesterday and power shrugs today :) .. also i went to do supersets in delts workout to maximise the pump on my shoulders

Set #1 : Smith Machine Front Press : 60 kilos ( 135 pounds ) 12 reps superset with standing side lateral raise 12.5 kilos ( 25 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : Smith Machine Front Press : 80 kilos ( 175 pounds ) 12 reps superset with standing side lateral raise 17.5 kilos ( 35 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : Smith Machine Front Press : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 12 reps superset with standing side lateral raise 18 kilos ( 40 pounds ) 12 reps
