Ok .. Today i trained my chest .. and the aim was going heavy but sticking with 10 reps and beyond .. and i did it .. check out my workout guys :) :

Chest :

Incline DB Press :
Set #1 : 30 kilos ( 65 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : 40 kilos ( 90 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 50 kilos ( 110 pounds ) 10 reps

Flat DB Press :
Set #1 : 30 kilos ( 65 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : 40 kilos ( 90 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 45 kilos ( 100 pounds ) 10 reps .. after this set i was regreting about not using the 110 DB .. i didn't think the wieght will be easy to push .. but anyway 100 pounds is decent wieght :)

Dips : ( legs were held by partner .. i'm heavy to push myself lol .. also i didn't do this exercise for 1 year )
Set #1 : body wieght 12 reps
Set #2 : same as set #1
Set #3 : body wieght but 10 reps .. my pecs were burning .. i will do dip in every session :) after seeing the great pump :)

LifeFitness Cable Cross Over :
Set #1 : 16 kilos ( 30 pounds each handle ) 15 reps
Set #2 : same as Set #1
Set #3 : 20 kilos ( 45 pounds each handle ) 12 reps

Bi's :

BB curls :
Set #1 : 27.5 kilos ( 60 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : 35 kilos ( 80 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 45 kilos ( 100 pounds ) 10 reps

Cable ( Rope ) Hammer curls :
Set #1 : 21 kilos ( 45 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : same as Set #1
Set #3 : same as Set #1

Hammer Strength Machine MTS bi's curls ( Single Hand ) :
Set #1 : 27 kilos ( 60 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : 30 kilos ( 65 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 40 kilos ( 90 pounds ) 10 reps

did ABS and then session of cardio .. that's all guys :) ..

lol..yea man those dips are great. Nice weight man, I only seen maybe a handful of people do the 110lbs on Incline Db Press at my gym, good work.

Nothin' wrongwith them flat bench DB presses - especially after the inclines! Glad to see someone else getting them dips going! :)

lol i NEVER seen ppl do 110 inclines! nice q80 and no i aint seen the clip what happened in it mate?

Smith Machine Front Squat :
Set #1 : 60 kilos ( 135 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 140 kilos ( 315 pounds ) 8 reps

Hack Squat :
Set #1 : 120 kilos ( 265 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : 160 kilos ( 350 pounds ) 8 reps
Set #3 : 180 kilos ( 405 pounds ) 8 reps

Single Leg Press :
Set #1 : 3 plates of 20 kilos ( 45 pounds each side ) 15 reps for each leg
Set #2 : Same as Set #1
Set #3 : Same as Set #1

Hams :

Single Leg Curls :
Set #1 : 20 kilos ( 45 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 25 kilos ( 55 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 30 kilos ( 65 pounds ) 12 reps

Lying Leg Curls :
Set #1 : 60 kilos ( 135 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : 74 kilos ( 160 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 81 kilos ( 180 pounds ) 10 reps

Calves :

4 sets of horizantel calves press each of them 15 reps and then seated calves raise 3 sets 15 reps .. that's all fellas :) .. gonna do my assignments now .. very busy .. catch u later :)
