Bro for saying your arms are your weak point, THEIR STRONG!

u said they lag right? u doing the right thing with one set of arms one chest and back day. Give really strict form a try for a week or 2, and watch your arms grow. Dont be afraid to go heavy with strict form bro, im only suggesting this bc my arms were my lagging part also, and now i finally got em to start coming up to par(thank GOD)

thx guys .. i just known that i hate them LoooL .. i like training large muscle like ( back and legs ) more than Bi's and tri's ..

BigBen .. i used strick form .. i never jerk the wieghts or throwing it .. believe me after last set of each bb curls and DB curls .. i felt my bi's was burning inside ..if i do any sloppy movment .. i will reduce the amount of wieght i'm using .. i know wieghts it's important but proper form come first man .. ok guys on saturady .. i would try to hit the 315 pounds front squat .. i hope so :) .. stay tuned for more mighty wieghts from kuwait by Q80_Musclehed

oh man i hate training arms too, always have always will, specifically Bi's, sometimes i can really get into a tricep workout tho..but i feel ya...

yeah .. Thursday and Friday are my off days :) .. it's saturday .. i'm gonna join the gym at 6 pm at local time to train legs .. so stay tuned :)

Ok Guys .. here we go but before i started .. don't try this workout at home LooooL j/K :

Quadz :

Front Sqaut:
2 warm up sets ( 20 reps )
Set #1 : 60 kilos ( 135 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 140 kilos ( 315 pounds ) 5 reps ( first time with this wieght .. ( this by far the maximum wieght that i do for front squat .. In fact , going to do front squat is like going to hell LoooL .. major diffrenets between it an Back Squat ) :)

Hack Sqaut :
Set #1 : 80 kilos ( 175 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : 120 Kilos ( 265 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 160 kilos ( 350 pounds ) 10 reps ( the was the heaviest wieght .. before couple of week i did for 6 reps .. now i forced my self to do it 10 and i did it with a lot of screaming in the gym LOooooOL .. thx BigBen for u word )

Single Leg Press :
Set #1 : 3 ( 45 pounds plates ) each side , 12 reps
Set #2 : 4 ( 45 pounds plates ) each side , 12 reps
Set #3 : 5 ( 45 pounds plates ) each side , 12 reps

Hams :

Stiffed leg Deadlift :
Set #1 : 80 kilos ( 175 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 140 kilos ( 315 pounds ) 12 reps

Lying leg curls :
Set #1 : 55 kilos ( 120 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : 60 kilos ( 135 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 70 kilos ( 150 pounds ) 10 reps

Man bro i completely agree about what your aying about the front squat. Its brutal.

i went up to 365 for 2 reps, OH MAN i though i was gonna die after that set! Crazy reps with that much weight bro keep up the excellent work.

BigBen .. that was hard indeed .. after my last set of hack squat .. my legs was shaking and couldn't stand on them for few seconds LoooL .. i love that pain :)
