Quadz :
Front Sqaut:
2 warm up sets ( 20 reps )
Set #1 : 60 kilos ( 135 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 140 kilos ( 315 pounds ) 5 reps ( first time with this wieght .. ( this by far the maximum wieght that i do for front squat .. In fact , going to do front squat is like going to hell LoooL .. major diffrenets between it an Back Squat ) :)
Hack Sqaut :
Set #1 : 80 kilos ( 175 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : 120 Kilos ( 265 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 160 kilos ( 350 pounds ) 10 reps ( the was the heaviest wieght .. before couple of week i did for 6 reps .. now i forced my self to do it 10 and i did it with a lot of screaming in the gym LOooooOL .. thx BigBen for u word

Single Leg Press :
Set #1 : 3 ( 45 pounds plates ) each side , 12 reps
Set #2 : 4 ( 45 pounds plates ) each side , 12 reps
Set #3 : 5 ( 45 pounds plates ) each side , 12 reps
Hams :
Stiffed leg Deadlift :
Set #1 : 80 kilos ( 175 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 140 kilos ( 315 pounds ) 12 reps
Lying leg curls :
Set #1 : 55 kilos ( 120 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : 60 kilos ( 135 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 70 kilos ( 150 pounds ) 10 reps
