Toaday was off from wieght training .. i did ABS with session of cardio
I started with vertical Bench leg raise .. 4 sets 20 reps .. and then crunchs 4 sets 30 reps .. after than went to machine crunch 3 sets 30 reps .. and side crunch for the oblique 3 sets 15 reps each side
LooooL at peanut .. u probably right about it .. honestly bro .. i hate traning ABS .. i never trained them in when i'm bulk up .. but since i'm cutting now .. i should train them .. otherwise i wouldn't train them

Lol thanks for the plug on your profile man but u better delete it befor people laugh. Its great how you can have a day off weights and still do machine crunch 3 sets 30 reps which are still weights lol. Hardcore man. I like the bench seated leg raises keep em up.

lol .. sure i have Amped .. sometimes when i'm planning to lift a heavy weights but i failed .. then my whole workout will ruined .. but that was in the past :) .. when i steped at the gym .. i throw my life problems outside and get inside the gym .. i told my self it's job if u don't give it credits today .. then ur whole week will be ruined .. gonna handle the pain man .. that's what i told myself before my first set of the workout
