today was off for wieght lifting .. just 40 mins low intensity cardio and ABS

for ABS .. i did .. 4 sets of vertical leg raise .. 20 reps each set and then 4 sets crunchs 20 reps too .. and side crunch on hyperextention machine 15 reps each side :)

Sounds goodl. leg raises are really well for ABs, i think i might even start doing them.

i like the rope crunch .. with some light wieghts .. u can feel ur abs muscle contracting

I do 155lbs on in with full motion, i worked up from 50lbs when i first came to the gym.. i think im gonna do lighter weight with it though so i can get the same feeling longer, the pump should be lastiing longer.
