Nice work with the DB Press man, that incline press machine sounds hard... btw that's a hardcore way of finishing your workout off - good work man!

Hey Amped - yes i used the E-Z bar for this exercise .. but not always i switch between straight and E-Z version

well guys .. i went to the gym today and felt dizzy .. although i took 7 hours and half in sleep .. but wasn't quite enough to get me energize .. also my mind was in the study for my exam .. In fact i trained with less motivation today and bad attitude .. it's really hard to focus on two important things in one time .. ( exams and working out ) .. but BTW the workout went good .. I trained legs and that was my workout :

Quads :

Squats :
Set #1 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : 140 kilos ( 315 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 180 kilos ( 405 pounds ) 6 reps .. sorry outlow couldn't do my promising

Hack Squat :
Set #1 : 120 kilos ( 265 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #2 : 160 kilos ( 350 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : 180 kilos ( 405 pounds ) 8 reps

Hammer Strength machine Squat :
Set #1 : 80 kilos ( 175 pounds ) 15 reps
Set #2 : 120 kilos ( 265 pounds ) 15 reps
Set #3 : 160 kilos ( 350 pounds ) 15 reps

Hams :

SLDL :
Set #1 : 80 kilos ( 175 pounds ) 15 reps
Set #2 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 15 reps
Set #3 : 120 kilos ( 265 pounds ) 12 reps

Lying Leg Curls :
Set #1 : 67 kilos ( 145 pounds ) 10 reps .. after this sets i reduced the wieghts .. my hams were burning
Set #2 : 60 kilos ( 135 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : same as set #2

Calves :
did 4 sets of horizantel calves press machine for 20 reps for each set

In Fact .. i almost puked in my workout .. really tuff and exhausted was .. and i'm still tired by the time i'm writing this post .. and my legs still shaking .. but finally i love it :) this is what i call it the joy of pain .. this is what BBing is all about :).. that's all guys .. must go now to complete my lessons for the exam tommorow .. C U fellas

i will be around .. checking the board while studying :) .. can't leave the dungeon :)

still a good workout eventhough u lacked the motivation.......i guess i'm up monday for the duel with 405x10 LOL.........great session bro keep that head in the books

Quality session despite your concentration lying elsewhere. Credit for still training, but studying is just as important., Glad to see you're applying yourself to it all. Good luck with the exam!

thx Rocky and outlow .. yeah it's really hard ecpecially when ur dieting .. ur mental progress get lost with that much of stuff like that

NO wieght training today .. A session of cardio on Cross trainer and ABS

Vertical Bench Hanging leg Raise :
Set #1 : 30 reps
Set #2 : 30 reps
Set #3 : 30 reps
Set #4 : 30 reps

Crunchs :
Set #1 : 30 reps
Set #2 : 30 reps
Set #3 : 30 reps
Set #4 : 30 reps

Oblique Crunch on Back Hyperextention Bench :
Set #1 : 20 reps each side
Set #2 : 20 reps each side
Set #3 : 20 reps each side

that's all folks :)
