i'm still seeing u in my thread bigben .. i sent a pm to u .. just want to know how many cardio session should i do per week .. and what about that one mile running .. also .. where did u find that i'm depriving carbs ?? .. as i see that i'm having carbs in every meal exsept that pre-workout shake .. because it would take time to digest .. thx for these comments bro .. i'm really want something like that because i'm feeling sick when i saw my mass is getting away

re~ on ur diet. You know what works as u seem to get results! Imagine if u had time for more whole food though. u'd be the man beast.

was going high reps today with legs .. but still with some heavy ass wieghts baby .. ok .. that was my chicken legs workouts


Quadz :

2 warm up sets with extention 30 reps

Squats :
Set #1 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 140 kilos ( 315 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 160 kilos ( 350 pounds ) 10 reps

Leg Press :
Set #1 : 240 kilos ( 530 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 320 kilos ( 700 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 400 kilos ( 880 pounds ) 12 reps

Single Leg Extention :
Set #1 : 40 kilos ( 90 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 50 kilos ( 110 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 70 kilos ( 165 pounds ) 10 reps .. the last 2 reps were hard .. the quads were burning .. i hardly complete it .. i told my self that there is no set below the 10 reps today .. kinda hardcore

Hams : was going to do SLDL but there was a person doing lunges on the squat rack where i use to do my deadz and SLDL so i switched to the Basic hams exersice :

Lying Leg curls :
Set #1 : 60 kilos ( 135 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 67 kilos ( 165 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : same as set #2

Single leg curls :
Set #1 : 20 kilos ( 45 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 25 kilos ( 55 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : same as Set #2

Calves :

did 5 sets of horizantel calves press with 20 reps each sets

didn't do cardio .. In fact i don't have time to do cardio .. i have a exam tommorow and should go back to study .. hope everything will go well with my exam like what i did in leg day :) .. that's all fellas .. waiting for comments

even if it's a chicken leg workout for you it still looks dam good to me! sux when all the squat racks are taken and you're forced to do somethin you didn't plan on doing though... hey good luck with your exam!

thx philo .. don't get me wrong Mak :) .. the workout was awesome .. maybe the best leg workout that i did since i start cutting .. but when i give all it's credits .. i love to call it Chicken legs workout ..

LOL .. thx Peanut .. perhaps i should go heavier next time .. i will try to hit the 405 pounds squat with 10 reps .. i hope :)
