was going high reps today with legs .. but still with some heavy ass wieghts baby

Quadz :
2 warm up sets with extention 30 reps
Squats :
Set #1 : 100 kilos ( 225 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 140 kilos ( 315 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 160 kilos ( 350 pounds ) 10 reps
Leg Press :
Set #1 : 240 kilos ( 530 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 320 kilos ( 700 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 400 kilos ( 880 pounds ) 12 reps
Single Leg Extention :
Set #1 : 40 kilos ( 90 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 50 kilos ( 110 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #3 : 70 kilos ( 165 pounds ) 10 reps .. the last 2 reps were hard .. the quads were burning .. i hardly complete it .. i told my self that there is no set below the 10 reps today .. kinda hardcore
Hams : was going to do SLDL but there was a person doing lunges on the squat rack where i use to do my deadz and SLDL so i switched to the Basic hams exersice :
Lying Leg curls :
Set #1 : 60 kilos ( 135 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 67 kilos ( 165 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : same as set #2
Single leg curls :
Set #1 : 20 kilos ( 45 pounds ) 12 reps
Set #2 : 25 kilos ( 55 pounds ) 10 reps
Set #3 : same as Set #2
Calves :
did 5 sets of horizantel calves press with 20 reps each sets
didn't do cardio .. In fact i don't have time to do cardio .. i have a exam tommorow and should go back to study .. hope everything will go well with my exam like what i did in leg day :) .. that's all fellas .. waiting for comments
