I mentioned in another thread that I was gonna start a journal. Well here goes nothing. I have another journal in here when I was prepping for a few shows last year. Never really followed through with it since I got really busy and life got a little outta control back then. My focus is to track my progression for the next couple of weeks and see how my body responds to plain hardcore movements. I'll also be tracking my bodyweight each week to see if I drop or gain any weight. As of tonight I am 240lbs. on the dot. Heaviest I've ever been, and boy do I feel it! LOL! I'll also be making notes to myself of how I ate everyday to gauge if I need to change anything in that respect. I won't get very detailed with that, but I will give a brief summary of what I consumed.
Breakdown of my training.
Monday: Chest/Abs/Cardio 20-30 minutes
Tuesday: Shoulders/Calves/Cardio 20-30 minutes
Wednesday: Legs/Abs/Cardio 20-30 minutes
Thursday: OFF
Friday: Back/Traps/Abs/Cardio 20-30 minutes
Saturday: Arms/Calves/Cardio optional
Sunday: OFF
We'll see how it goes. I haven't kept a journal in a few years so this should be fun. I'll offically start it on January 2.
