At start it was allright but with only 14 days or so into the program I was bored as hell doing 10 reps in 10 sets, and the results weren't that good. Only my guns responded really well to it, so of course I'm going to do something similar for them :)

Glad you took what worked for you, and scrapped what didn't. The boredom was the worst part for me too. How did it affect your strength?
