Well.. I think so. My guns and delts look bigger but because of my work I haven't been able to follow the program 100%. Just started working as a mover, and there are some pretty long days.

My experience with the 10x10....my uncle had just got out of prison, and I needed a workout partner.....to make a long story short, I went form 205 to 240 in about 3-4 months. It definitely worked for me. With that volume, you cant avoid growth. Not all of that was muscle, but I got a lot bigger and a lot stronger. When we switched back to regular sets/reps, I noticed a large jump in strength. I had a lot more endurance, so I was able to handle a lot heavier poundages all the way through. Look forward to hearing how it goes for you.

Sounds pretty good :)
I think it works pretty good for my arms and delts. But it's important to EAT enough if you're gonna do 10x10.

Todays training didn't go to well as I got nausea after just 5 sets of squats. Mostly because I haven't been drinking enough water during the day, and because of that big ass WG Shake I drank a few minutes before I went down to train

Squat:
10*105kg
10*105kg
10*100kg
10*100kg
7*95kg - Got really sick.

Legextensions:
10*40kg
10*35kg
10*30kg
