When we switched back to regular sets/reps, I noticed a large jump in strength. I had a lot more endurance, so I was able to handle a lot heavier poundages all the way through. Look forward to hearing how it goes for you. |
Sounds pretty good :)
I think it works pretty good for my arms and delts. But it's important to EAT enough if you're gonna do 10x10.
Todays training didn't go to well as I got nausea after just 5 sets of squats. Mostly because I haven't been drinking enough water during the day, and because of that big ass WG Shake I drank a few minutes before I went down to train
Squat:
10*105kg
10*105kg
10*100kg
10*100kg
7*95kg - Got really sick.
Legextensions:
10*40kg
10*35kg
10*30kg
