Sure, constructive critisisme is always apreciated :)
I know my delts are bigger than anything else, but I also know that when I step on stage I will have lost some mass. Besides having big delts gives the illuson of a narrow waist. specielly when the quads are big too..
As far as my chest goes it has always been my weak spot, and I have changed my chest workout so that I have mostly incline exercises :)
Gonna stick to that for a year so far.
I'm not gonna cut in the near future, as long as I keep the same BF% as I have now,because I'm trying to put on some size. I still have visible vains on my quads, arms (specielly forearms), delts and trapz.
