If I may give you some constructive critisisme. IMO you have a good amount of mass and it's located on the right places. On the other hand I think your delts are out of proportion with your arms, which needs to get a little bigger. Maybe some upper chest mass too. Else, I think you would look real good with some cutting :) Keep it up!

Sure, constructive critisisme is always apreciated :)
I know my delts are bigger than anything else, but I also know that when I step on stage I will have lost some mass. Besides having big delts gives the illuson of a narrow waist. specielly when the quads are big too..
As far as my chest goes it has always been my weak spot, and I have changed my chest workout so that I have mostly incline exercises :)
Gonna stick to that for a year so far.
I'm not gonna cut in the near future, as long as I keep the same BF% as I have now,because I'm trying to put on some size. I still have visible vains on my quads, arms (specielly forearms), delts and trapz.

My vains are also visible on the neck,delts and forearms with a bf of <20%. You look like approx 12-15%. Check out this thread
This is what I will use next cutting time. I'm pretty sure it will be a success and get me to around 6-8% in 8-12 weeks.
And IME the chest mass will increase significantly when dropping those forced repetitions. I was used to getting help for a long time and have been training on my own with no help for the last months and it gave me real good gains. Just in case you haven't tried that yet :)
As for the arms I would recommend 21's and supersets for a while. But my guess is you have all that under control. Good luck...
