Anyways thought I would try to see what my 1 rep max is in the benchpress, and see if I could beat my old personal record of 127.5kg.

8*60kg - Warmup
2*90kg
1*105kg - lighweight
1*115kg - still easy
1*120kg - almost felt as easy as the one before
1*125kg - Felt god damn heavy. My mind was ****ing with me.- near my old 1 rm
1*130kg - Only remember unracking the bar and re-racking it again.
