I've been training for 4 years with the first year not knowing **** about **** Been training serious for 3 years.
27 May 2002 - Weight 68-69kg
Don't have any pics of my wheels from back then.
14 February 2003 - weight 74-75kg
28 August 2004 - weight 78-79kg
April/May 2005 - weight 81-82kg

For some reason my glutes get sore real quick. sometimes even during my workout after some sets of squats.
I kind of like the soreness in my muscles even though you don't have to get sore to grow.
