That's cool, I always enjoy having wobbly legs after leg day, fun stuff. How long(in hours) do your workouts usually take JB?? Just curious.

Well it depends on what I'm training. But anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours.. I don't really get tired from working out and I can usually just keep on going and going and going...
Sure I'll be beat when I'm doing heavy lifting but after a few minutes I'm back :dancebaby

lol @ the pics. my trainings partner also collapsed one time, to bad i didnt take pics of it. at first i was shokked but when i saw him wanne get up i laughed so hard after all he can laugh about it to. at that time not but now he can

Holy crap my legs are sore today.. It wasn't that bad this morning when I got out of bed but during the day it got worse.
Also I didn't get all that to eat today so I wasn't full of energy at my workout..
