I have som friends who are powerlifters and I've had them watch me wile I was squatting, just to get my technique right. But they all told me it's was flawless.
But my knees don't hurt as often as they used to. Only like once every 6-8 weeks now.
If they start to hurt I just lay off the heavy weight for that day and give them the rest they need, and just use lighter weight. :)
