no
From time to time I train shoulders in the Standing calfs raise machine.
Only call them Bravo presses because it's a shorter name, and I don't know what it's called (or if there is an official name for it).

Hey Johnny I just had one question.

It seems you are on your bulking stage and I am doing the same, one thing I was never clear on is cardio. I've seen a lot of articles say that if you eat fairly clean you shouldn't have to worry about cardio to keep your BF% the same and cardio is only done to basically keep your cardiovascular edurance good (if you want to).

Do you do cardio?

Hey Digink
Well cardio is good for your health no matter if you're trying to cut down or not. If I'm not mistaken it helps to build muscle faster because of more red bloodcells (Please correct me if I'm wrong on this one)
But anyways I don't do cardio, only get some of off my work as a remover.
When I'm going to go on a diet and cut down I'll begin to do cardio.. but untill then I'm enjoying my cardio-free life
