Bench Press: 135x10, 135x10, 185x6, 225x6, 255x2, 255x2, 255x2
Incline Press: 135x10, 155x8, 175x6
Pec Flyes (with dumbells): 40x10, 50x10, 60x6

Military Press (behind head): 135x10, 155x8, 175x3
Side Laterals (Giant Sets: 3 different sets combined consecutively into one set):
Set 1 (20x8, 30x8, 40x8) with dumbells
Set 2 (20x8, 30x8, 40x8) with dumbells
Set 3 (35x15)
Bent-over Laterals: 35x10, 40x10, 45x10
Shrugs (on smith machine): 225x10 behind back, 225x10 in front
225x10 behind back, 225x10 in front
Finished up with abs

I was a little disappointed with the workout today. Wasn't as strong as I was in some previous workouts. Gave it a good effort though.

just wondering whats the benefit of doing military presses behind the head, as opposed to doing it the more conventional style...

you get a much better stretch of the front delt. and since your arms are in such an akward position your triceps are not used as much. if your shoulders can handle this then i say give it a shot. my shoulders cant take it though, they just dont feel right when im doing it. also, its called 'behind-neck press' in case you guys were wondering. and good luck with our log bud! im glad to see this log section getting put to more use.

Planning on doing a back workout today. I'm kinda interested to see how it goes. Thx for the questions and comments. If you do decide to do them behind-the-head MakeVeli2005, be careful not to allow the bar to go much futher past the back of your head.

Deadlifts: 135x10, 225x10, 275x10, 275x10, 315x10
Bent-over Barbell Rows: 135x10, 175x10, 175x10
T-bar rows using Barbell in corner: 90x10, 135x10, 180x10, 205x10 (plus whatever the bar adds)
Lat Pulldowns: 125x10, 137.5x8, 150x10 (palms away from me on these sets)
Lat Pulldowns: 112.5x10, 125x10, 125x10 (palms facing me on these sets)
High Rows on hammer strength machine: 180x12, 180x12, 180x12

Not a bad day. Felt like puking during part of the workout though. I think I didn't give myself enough time to digest the peanutbutter and jelly sandwich I had before I went. Went a little lighter on the last set of most of the exercises because I put deadlifts back into my workout and I think I might need time to adjust.

I talked to some guys at the gym today and they were all fairly ripped. Most of them had taken Xplode before and seemed to think it was great. Right now I'm wanting to get bigger, so I'm not as worried about getting ripped, but what has been the experience of those here who have used it? Anyone not have good results? Also, any dangers associated with it? The one guy was saying it was a hemoglobin or something like that. Does that mean it thins your blood?

EZ Curl Bicep Curls: 70x12, 70x12, 90x12, 90x12
Seated Hammer Curls: 30x10, 35x10, 35x10, 30x10

SuperSet:
Machine Curls: 50x15, 62.5x12, 50x as many as I could get with some forced reps
Concentration Curls: 20x15, 20x13, 20x12

Felt tired today. Lots of things going on. Didn't get to workout until very late in the evening. Usually I do biceps on the same day as tris, but I just wanted to get a short workout in for the day.
