Abs, and some high rep bis
Cardio: stationary bike (35 min: (5 min intervals on levels 1, 6, 10, 9, 8, 7, 1))
Thanks for the posts guys! I appreciate the encouragement. Big Ben, I quit posting the numbers for my workouts b/c I'm trying to lose weight and get more cut. Mostly b/c my strength is decreasing a bit due to the weight loss. But I will try to post some more numbers starting on monday. I guess it wouldnt hurt to see the damage of dieting eh?
