your pecs gotta be blown up after a workout like that. Bench weight is very good man, then hitting those triceps at the end. Good stuff indeed man

Nice hammer curl sets.
Did you use a machine for the curl, like a real machine. or the one with the attachments.

haha there it is.

All weight is looking good, I like how you went up with weight and came back down on a few exercises. Good effect on the muscles right there.

Concentration Curls are looking very good as well, and how do you like that Seated Machine Dip? I Love those man, feels great on the triceps.

yea, i like the seated machine dip too, xtweak. in fact, i had to wait for it for a little while because some older guys were taking their time on it, but it was worth the wait.

Not quite sure what your talking about bro. At the gym I goto there is only one bicep machine. it is a seated machine with that has a pad you place your elbows on and then grab handles and perform the exercise. What is the one at your gym like? perhaps my gym needs to add some new equipment!
