Prison curls are where you take the rope handles, and attach them to some sort of vbar or straightbar and then you do preacher curls using the rope handles and your partner pulls down on the other end using the vbar. We try to make the resistance difficult on the way up and on the way down, so your biceps dont get a rest. Not sure if I explained it all that well, but that is the basic idea of it.

Calf Raises: 200x15, 300x12, 400x12, 300x15, 200x20
Seated Calf Raise: 90x12, 140x12, 140x12
Abs

Tried for a 5th rep on the 375 set, but came crashing down. Face felt like it was going to explode. A very fun workout.
