Nice work man. Just had enough to get that extra rep on bench at the end. Power up man!

Thanks for the encouragement guys. Bigben, about those traps...I don't know if they're huge, but right now they are pretty sore.

I saw something rather humorous the other day. My younger brother was in the gymn with me. He put on the whole stack for low rows, which is the number 20 slot, not sure what the weight is for each number though, I think its between 15-20 lbs, but still am unsure. Anyways, he puts on the whole stack, and then has my friend who weights 215 lbs stand on top of the stack. He then pumps off several smooth reps. He told me he's been having people stand on it during his workouts and then doing sets of like 8-12 or something like that with it. Everyone nearby stops their workouts to watch him lift. Anyways, I thought some of you reading this might find that kind of cool. I now have a new goal for myself! I also want to be able to give people rides on the low row machine!

PosGMCjt,
The first two sets are warms ups. I like to start very heavy and then work down, as I work down I try to concentrate on my form more. I do this with a lot of exercises.
