well today my lower back was fine so I had a workout at home... I'm goin for a road trip down to Wellington on Friday for Smackdown so today I did a full upper body workout. Not botherin to note the weights but everything was 3 sets each with 10-12 rep range

Thursday

Chest

Flat BB Bench Press
SUPERSETTED WITH
Incline DB Flyes

Back

Bent BB Rows
SUPERSETTED WITH
DB Pull-overs

Shoulders

DB Side Laterals
SUPERSETTED WITH
Wide-Grip BB Upright rows

Triceps

Straight Bar Skull-Crushers
SUPERSETTED WITH
Seated DB Extensions

Biceps

BB Curls
SUPERSETTED WITH
Alternating DB Compound Curls

Time: 60 mins
Result: awesome pump! Catch all ya'll back up on Monday!

make sure to chant for boogeyman and holy shit nice workout

i cant count but thats well over 20 sets in an hour that will shock the body into overdrive. Massive results buddy.

thanx guys, the Smackdown show was awesome and worth the 18 hours of driving we had to do!

q80 - yeah I live in NZ, this was the first time Smackdown's ever come here n it was for the Wrestlemania tour

Monday

Home Workout # 2

Did each exercise with 60 sec rest between sets except for DB Press & Bench Press - which were 90 sec rests

Chest

Incline DB Press: (12,12,12,12,12)
Incline DB Flyes: (10,10,10)
Flat BB Bench Press: (12,12,12,12,drop set, drop set)

Biceps

BB Curls: (12,10,10,10,drop set, drop set)
Incline DB Curls: (10,10,10)

Triceps

Straight Bar Skull-Crushers: (10,10,8,8)
SUPERSETTED WITH
Close Grip Bench Press: (8,8,8,8)

DB Kick-backs: (10,10,10)

Time: 70 mins
Result: didn't have enough weight to do chest well enough but my bis n tris burned like hell!
