Did each exercise with 60 sec rest between sets except for DB Press & Bench Press - which were 90 sec rests Chest
Incline DB Press: (12,12,12,12,12)
Incline DB Flyes: (10,10,10)
Flat BB Bench Press: (12,12,12,12,drop set, drop set) Biceps
BB Curls: (12,10,10,10,drop set, drop set)
Incline DB Curls: (10,10,10) Triceps
Straight Bar Skull-Crushers: (10,10,8,8)
SUPERSETTED WITH
Close Grip Bench Press: (8,8,8,8)
DB Kick-backs: (10,10,10)
Time: 70 mins
Result: didn't have enough weight to do chest well enough but my bis n tris burned like hell!
