Might start writing what i do for cardio from now on... This morning I did 20 mins on an elyptical trainer and walked for 30 mins
btw I added a random chest exercise like i did with the last back session... Friday Back
Bent BB Rows: (15,15,12,10,8,8) - 40kg, 40, 60, 70, 80, 80
DB Rows: (12,10,8) - 35kg, 37.5, 40
DB Pull-Overs: (12,10,7,5) - 20kg, 25, 30, 32.5
Machine Lat Pulldowns: (12,10,10) - 45kg, 55, 65
SUPER-SETTED WITH
Pec-Deck: (12,10,4) - 160lbs, 225, 260 Biceps
Machine Preacher Curls: (12,8,3,10) - 50lbs, 70, 80, 50: failed real quick on 2nd to last set coz bis were kinda killed
Incline DB Curls: (10,10,9,10) - 10kg, 10, 12.5, 10
Time: 80 mins
Result: I need to do some grip work coz my girp was kinda failing with those DB rows even though they weren't that heavy
