thanx ya'll, yeah it was a disappointin start but i guess it made me more determined to make up for it through the rest of the workout, n Rocky - since I already missed out on the big lift that session I had to give it my all and make it Close-Grip Bench! thnx again

hey i'm brown skinned too! but i don't have facial hair. but i do have a big ass fro(but its in corn rows right now) TRY BEATING THAT.

good workout, strong close grop BP especially!

Hey Bro you may try cutting back on some sets of sides and start out heaver because your shoulders are warm from the presses.To improve the press cut back on the reps but keep good form. Remember the marathoner is a pencil and the sprinter is a monster. Super intense short duration. Hope this may help. Keep pumpin.

yeah i think that's a good idea, i was concentrating on the 10-8 rep range for the last 3 weeks so next week I'm gonna go heavier with a 8-6 rep range, thanx 4 the advice

SUPER-SETTED WITH
Pec-Deck Flyes: (12,8,6) - 165lbs, 225, 240: thought i'd do a random chest exercise and go heavy

DB Pull-Overs: (10,10,8) - 20kg, 25, 30
Wide-Grip Lat Pulldowns: (12,10,8) - 47.5kg, 54, 67

Biceps

Machine Preacher Curls: (10,8,9) - 50lbs, 60, 60

well this week my chest recovered quicker than ever before even though I trained it just as hard as any other week so i wanted to do just somethin for chest but my tris were gone from yesterday, that's when pec-deck came to mind...stopped it at that though coz otherwise it wouldv interfered with my back workout
