Cable Cross-Overs: (12,10,8) - 36lbs, 42, 54: weights are for each hand Biceps
BB Curls: (12,10,6,6) - 20kg, 30, 40, 40
Alternating DB Compound Curls: (12,10,10) - 12.5kg, 15, 17.5
Cable-Rope Hammer Curls: (12,10,10) - 36lbs, 42, 48
Time: 85 mins
Result: little disappointed with 1st 2 chest exercises but that may be from the carb-depleting diet i'm on at the moment...biceps went well anyway
