Good work mak. You gotta step up the weight on some of the exercises though, you obviosuly know what your doing and have a good workout structure but some of these are just too light.

Especially the DB concentration curls.... 10 KG (22lb) its just way too light.

Yeah i know what you mean regarding form, however its pretty hard to get a lousy form doing back day. Except maybe if your doing t-bar rows or bent over rows where some people are sloppy as JornT on wedding night.

Up the weights fiercly next week and maybe drop a set for each exercise and see how it goes.

Monday

Chest

Incline DB Press: 1st 2 sets w/up (12,12,12,8,6) - 15kg, 15, 30, 35, 35
Flat BB Bench Press: (10,8,7) - 60kg, 70, 70
Cable Cross-Overs: (12,10,8) - 36lbs, 42, 54: weights are for each hand

Biceps

BB Curls: (12,10,6,6) - 20kg, 30, 40, 40
Alternating DB Compound Curls: (12,10,10) - 12.5kg, 15, 17.5
Cable-Rope Hammer Curls: (12,10,10) - 36lbs, 42, 48

Time: 85 mins
Result: little disappointed with 1st 2 chest exercises but that may be from the carb-depleting diet i'm on at the moment...biceps went well anyway

Nice work man! You gotta be prepared for a little loss in strength when taking in less carbs! Still good stuff though! Keep on pumping! :)
