Today was a short session and although i wanted to do dbs and avoid the bbs for chest (because of my tendonosis), i went ahead anyway and thankfully it was all good Monday Chest
Flat BB Bench Press: 20kg x 20, 40kg x 15, 60kg x 12, 80kg x 10, 80kg x 7, 60kg x 10 drop 40kg x 10
Pec-Deck: 150lbs x 8, 165lbs x 7, 150lbs x 8
Low Cable Cross-over: 72lbs x 8, 84lbs x 8, 84lbs x 6 Biceps
BB Curl: 20kg x 12, 30kg x 8 - for 3 sets
Alternating DB Compound Curl: 12.5kg x 10, 15kg x 8, 17.5kg x 6
Time: 55 mins
Result: was a good welcome back session to chest n bis, i'm a bit afraid for tomorrow's leg session, although i plan on taking it light
