The tendonosis in my left arm was playing up again this morning so i took it easy on the bis. Usually I do bent rows in a stationary position but today I tried the following style for the first time and it was harder because of the lower back coming into play but overall it worked my back really nicely
Friday Back
Bent BB Row: 40kg x 12, 60kg x 10, 80kg x 6, 80kg x 8, 80kg x 8, 60kg x 12
H.Strength Iso-row: 70kg x 10, 90kg x 8, 90kg x 8, 70kg x 12
Lat Pulldown: 100lbs x 12, 135lbs x 8, 150lbs x 8, 165lbs x 5
Machine Lat Pulldown: 55kg x 10, 65kg x 8, 70kg x 8
Traps
Smith Machine Shrugs: 40kg x 20, 60kg x 20, 80kg x 18, 80kg x 18: just counting the weight of the plates
DB Shrugs: by this time my grip was useless so i did some random sets with 30kg and 35kg DBs but wasn't very effective
Biceps
DB Compound Curl: 10kg x 10, 15kg x 8
Machine Preacher Curl: just did 45lbs for a few sets can't remember reps
Time: 80 mins
Result: Back session was good but again my grip is problem...and i may have to take some time off again if this tendonosis doesn't get any better
