hehe thats right man - gotsta get dat check! havnt done bb front raises in a while so it provided som gud variation as i had to concentrate more on maintaining gud form

Yeah it's a struggle to keep your arms straight for awhile ey! I do them in a tri set, and afterwards my hands are fucked from holding the bar, do you get that to or is it just my tri set? Just asking cause I've never done the BB one's outside of this tri set.

nah it's not a problem for me, probably just coz of your tri set... anywayz i keep a slight bend in my arms to get a little more of the medial heads into play

The tendonosis in my left arm was playing up again this morning so i took it easy on the bis. Usually I do bent rows in a stationary position but today I tried the following style for the first time and it was harder because of the lower back coming into play but overall it worked my back really nicely

Friday

Back

Bent BB Row: 40kg x 12, 60kg x 10, 80kg x 6, 80kg x 8, 80kg x 8, 60kg x 12
H.Strength Iso-row: 70kg x 10, 90kg x 8, 90kg x 8, 70kg x 12
Lat Pulldown: 100lbs x 12, 135lbs x 8, 150lbs x 8, 165lbs x 5
Machine Lat Pulldown: 55kg x 10, 65kg x 8, 70kg x 8

Traps

Smith Machine Shrugs: 40kg x 20, 60kg x 20, 80kg x 18, 80kg x 18: just counting the weight of the plates
DB Shrugs: by this time my grip was useless so i did some random sets with 30kg and 35kg DBs but wasn't very effective

Biceps

DB Compound Curl: 10kg x 10, 15kg x 8
Machine Preacher Curl: just did 45lbs for a few sets can't remember reps

Time: 80 mins
Result: Back session was good but again my grip is problem...and i may have to take some time off again if this tendonosis doesn't get any better

wooow . from reading the workout numbers .. i can feel the intensity man .. awesome work MAK .. and i hope ur tendinitis goes well with u brother .. damn it at those injury

Damn it about the tendonosis, seems no sooner you get past an injury that something crops up again. Feel for you man. Good session though in spite of this. Like the look of that row - sort of a row/deadlift combo.

Nice session! I as well liked the idea of that BB Row. I can just feel the burn roll up my back by watching that. I deffinately hate injuries, thankfully I havent had to many but it sucks when you have to take time off to heal. Just take it easy man, and your doin an excellent job!
