thanks bro... i've been experimenting with my carb intake to see what works best for me. So far i've been taking too little so i'm working my way up slowly till i feel it's just enough to keep me going throughout the day (including working out)

Solid indeed for lack of carbs. Deads are hard at any time so to get that weight and then do the rest of those exercises is good going Maka!

nice workouts mak! those are all damn good even with the lack of energy. Hopefully you find what works best for you with the carb intake. I was wondering about lying BB rows to. Sounds like you are doing some kind of T-bar rows, but I dont know, thats my guess. good luck with everything!

thanks for the comments guys...this is a pic showing lying bb row but with a cambered bar - at our gym the equipment comes with a straight bar and not a cambered one. It's a great exercise coz there's no way of cheating the weight up

I wondered for a second why you took like 80 mins, but then I looked at your sets lol, nice work brutha. I might try those lying bb rows they look pretty good. Even though you where carb depleted, was still a good session bro.
