I stayed away from any BB pressing movements seeing that my injury was caused and then aggrivated by them. If i don't continue feeling anymore pain there then i'll be hittin the Barbells for the next chest session Monday Chest
Flat DB Press: 20kg x 12 - 2 sets warmup, 30kg x 10, 32.5kg x 8, 35kg x 8: got really depressed over this so i moved to flyes
Flat DB Flyes: 15kg x 10, 17.5kg x 8, 20kg x 8: dam good stretch!
Upward Cable Cross-over: 36lbs x 10, 48lbs x 8, 48lbs x 8hands
Downward Cable Cross-over: 84lbs x 10, 96lbs x 8, 108lbs x 4 drop 72lbs x 8 Biceps
Incline DB Curl: 12.5kg x 10, 12.5kg x 10, 15kg x 8
DB Concentration Curl: 12.5kg x 6 - for 3 sets
Cable-rope compound Curl: 36lbs x 10 - for 3 sets Cardio
Cross-trainer - 15 mins low intensity
Time: 80mins - including Cardio
Result: quite disappointed with the db presses but they shuld b better come next session
