Been through that, i've been recovering from a Lower Lumbar Slipped Disc til about 6 months ago. Then I said fuck the doctor (i was told to never lift heavy objects over my head or on my shoulders), and started lifting again. Since that day i've gained 50lbs. Steroid free........so far.
