Natureboy - i do deadlifts every now and again but i need to buy myself some straps and a weight belt so that i don't have to wait around to use somebody else's before i can do em
These are my Powerlifting stats (as of Dec 2005)
Bench: 100kg x 1
Squat: 110kg x 3
Deadlift: 170kg x 1
I know my squat seems totally shit but i did 100kg x 8 a few months back and since then i've gotten my legs quite a bit stronger so hopefully i'll test that out soon, and i'm sure my bench has gone up too
