lol didn't realise you'd PB'd again! As if it should have been a surprise! Mr PB!

Nice going on the deads - especially for first time in so long!

nice pb's son. And pullovers and deadlifts in the same session. Thats got to shock the central nervous system. Some serious growth in this log.

thanks for the comments outlaw, rocky - changing rep range can do wonders for PBs!

pickle - thanks bro, to be honest pull-overs don't take much out of me since i don't go heavy on em coz i try and minimise any use of chest or tris.

Inspired by a workout by BigBen, i did 5 exercises for chest...1st time in like 2 years

Chest

Flat BB Bench Press: 40kg x 15, 60kg x 12, 80kg x 10, 90kg x 4
Decline BB Bench Press: 70kg x 10, 80kg x 8, 90kg x 2: for some reason on the last set my left bicep was hurting as i took the bar down... I tried using a wider grip but it wasn't any better...so i left it at 2 reps

Flat DB Flyes: 15kg x 12, 17.5kg x 10, 20kg x 6
Upward Cable Cross-Over: 24lbs x 8, 24lbs x 8, 30lbs x 8
Cable Cross-Over: 48lbs x 10, 54lbs x 8

Biceps

Alternating DB Compound Curl: 12.5kg x 10, 17.5kg x 6, 17.5kg x 6, 20kg x 4
Cable-Rope Hammer Curl: 30lbs x 12, 36lbs x 12, 42lbs x 12
Incline DB Curl: 12.5kg x 8, 12.5kg x 8, 12.5kg x 6

Time: 80 mins
Result: didn't do tris coz they were worked pretty well from the two presses, hopefully those 5 exercises will be a shock to the system
