Incline BB Bench Press: 40kg x 12, 50kg x 12, 60kg x 10, 80kg x 6, 85kg x 3: shouldv added a working set of 70kg in there
Flat DB Press: 32.5kg x 10, 35kg x 7, 35kg x 6
Leverage Chest Press: 70kg x 10, 100kg x 4, 90kg x 8: this was a real hard machine
Cable Cross-over: 48lbs x 10, 54lbs x 8, 60lbs x 7 Biceps
BB Curl: 20kg x 12, 30kg x 10, 40kg x 5, 40kg x 4, 30kg x 9: not so good
Seated Alternating DB Compound Curl: 12.5kg x 8, 15kg x 8, 15kg x 8 Triceps
Seated DB Extension: 25kg x 12, 30kg x 10, 37.5kg x 8, 45kg x 8: was going beyond parallel
Cable-Rope Pushdown: 60lbs x 10, 72lbs x 8 then drop sets til failure
Time: 90 mins
Result: 1st time doing 4 exercises for chest in ages and it felt real good
