Leg Press: 100kg x 12, 140kg x 12, 160kg x 12, 200kg x 10, 220kg x 8, 260kg x 8, 280kg x 8: PB
BB Lunges: 30kg x 8: didn't like them so went to DB's instead
DB Lunges: 17.5kg x 12 steps, 20kg x 12, 20kg x 12: i was holding 2 20kg DBs in each hand
Leg Extension: 61kg x 12, 82kg x 10, 89kg x 8, 96kg x 8 Hamstrings
Seated Leg Curls: 48kg x 8, 54kg x 8, 54kg x 8
Lying Leg Curls: 30kg x 10, 36kg x 10, 48kg x 8 Calves
Machine Standing Calf Raises: 195kg x 12, 300kg x 12, 315kg x 12, then drop sets till failure
Time: 85mins
Result: After Leg press, i somehow lost some motivation so for the rest of the workout I felt like I was only putting out 80%
