140kgs 5by5 (yes thats a 10kg jump up from 4 days ago i nearly died on 5th set tho)
really only wanted to squat did some other stuff to but it was just to pass time
stiff legged deadlifts
60kgs by 6, 140kgs by 5 ,170kgs by 6 (that was close to failure that last set)
ab machine crunches 4 sets of 10-20 reps on 50-150 pounds
