I need to become a personal trainer...simple as that.

haha peanut. I have a girlfriend so its all good I dont want to unprofessional either!. my client txt'd me this morning and said "holy SHIT! thats all i have got to say! (its a good sore and i love it!"

Q80 your a funny fella, one day I will be someones favourite at something. lol

ROCKY you should personal train big daddy o. To Mak as well. It is a lot of fun. If for nothing else you get to try different training things that you dont do on yourself because everyone is trained differently. Its just a good challenge. I had the chick do back and shoulders yesterday. Which is a very different split to what id do but she responded so well.

Today I got chest training for myself which will be good fun. I'll post it later.

Ego out the door wide grip incline smith machine press
70 kilos 12 reps
80 kilos 8 reps
70 kilos 10 reps 50 kilos failure tut

flat bench dumbell flys.
20 kilos 12 reps
22.5 kilos 12 reps
22.5 kilos 12 reps

dips
bodyweight 12 reps 3 sets

1 set of cable flys upper and lower cables 12 reps

10 minutes of stretching.

front squats (time under tension)
50 kgs 12 reps
90kgs 12 reps
100 kgs 12 reps
110 kgs 5 reps , 50 kgs full reps failure

Smith machine behind the neck squats(parallel)
90 kgs 8 reps
150 kgs 8 reps
150 kgs 10 reps, 90 kgs failure

Seated hamstring curls
100 pounds 12 reps
170 pounds 12 reps
150 pounds 12 reps

walking lunges
10 kilo dumbells
1 set to failure

1 legged dumbell calf raise
42.5 kilos for 3 sets 15 reps

calf press
200 kilos 3 sets of 12 reps

cable crunch

What's with the 10kg walking lunges? You should be using 60kg and walking a mile! :)

haha i dont see the point of going heavier. I honestly think people who can do more thens 10s either dont do lunges properly or dont train legs properly. Because I always fail on 10 kilos in each hand. Having said that it could have something to do with levers. From the bottom of my him to my heel is nearly 4 feet.

i do 20kgs in each hand and i go all the way down until my knee almost touches the floor even though my legs are crap...because of that you must be right about leverage coz your leg strength is awesome....and I'm 5 9" Anywayz nice work on the back squats especially after the front ones, and your seated ham-curls are destructive!

yeah who knows. it could go down to priority as well. Lunges are always last thigh exercise on my leg day. I used to do them heavy at home first up because I didnt have a squat rack or much weight. So id always lunge with a barbell between 40 and 60 kgs. But now i can never do them walking at the end with much weight. Not for reps anyway.


Shoulders
Military barbell presses to the front (no spotter)

50 kgs 12 reps
60 kgs 12 reps
70 kgs for 9 reps, rest pause 3 more reps
60 kgs for 8 reps = I was cooked, pump out on 50 kgs

Wide grip upright row
35 kilos for 12 reps
40 kilos for 12 reps
40 kilos for 12 reps

smith machine behind the back shrugs
90 kgs for 12 reps
130 kgs for 12 reps
150 kgs for 10 reps

that was it! rest day tommorrow
