yeah who knows. it could go down to priority as well. Lunges are always last thigh exercise on my leg day. I used to do them heavy at home first up because I didnt have a squat rack or much weight. So id always lunge with a barbell between 40 and 60 kgs. But now i can never do them walking at the end with much weight. Not for reps anyway.

Military barbell presses to the front (no spotter)
50 kgs 12 reps
60 kgs 12 reps
70 kgs for 9 reps, rest pause 3 more reps
60 kgs for 8 reps = I was cooked, pump out on 50 kgs
Wide grip upright row
35 kilos for 12 reps
40 kilos for 12 reps
40 kilos for 12 reps
smith machine behind the back shrugs
90 kgs for 12 reps
130 kgs for 12 reps
150 kgs for 10 reps
that was it! rest day tommorrow
