well today was last day of low rep stuff (i switched every body part back to hypertrophy training but my mate wanted me to do one more low rep chest and tris day)

So here it is. my pullovers the day befor and riding to the gym on my push bike didnt help my lifts any. :'(

flat barbell bench
115*6
125*2+1
125*2+1
105*4+1 rest pause

Incline barbell bench
105*1+2
105*0+2
85*4+1,75*1 +1 (felt really smooth on this set like really good rep speed made the other sets seem worth it.

Incline dumbell bench
37.5 *4+1
37.5 *3+1
32.5 *5+1

Skull crushers
55 * 7
65 * 3+2
65 *0+3

Close grip bench
75 * 2+1
75* 2+2
75*1+2

exactly the same weights as last week a few better sets this week on tris and chest for reps and a few less then last week as well. The main thing is i think I worked my whole body doing these my abs were cooked after lol. I'm gonna have tommorrow off. I'm doing a first aid course... Unless I got the dates mixed up lolol

So I didnt train today but wanted to post this somewhere

pickles 10 best bodybuilders of all time. 10 being 10th greatest 1 being best. For anyone keeping tabs. Yes I hate jay cutlers physique but he would be 11th a. ill add reasons why they are there too

10. Dorian Yates- 6 time olympia, Lats, tris execellent.

9. Frank Zane- Stomach Vacuum,Seratus, symmetry excellent.

8. Franco Columbo- The original lights out lat spread, Upper chest! Excellent

7. Platz- I want legs like his, something about all his proportions i just like!

6. Dexter Jackson- Closest thing current world has to awesome symmetry.

5. Shaun Ray- Ahead of frank zane for best shaped bodybuilder of all time.

4. Flex Wheeler- Muscles and shape, awesome mix, slim waist, great genetics.

3. Ronnie Coleman- Lower back best ever, Thickness best ever, legs 2nd best ever!

2. Lee Haney- Something about his physique. Great shape, great size. The more I see of his physique on old tapes the more impressive he looks. Chest and lats stand outs.

1. Arnold Schwarzeneggar- generic number 1 i know. But hey. He's tall, I'm tall, He had a shit waist and poor shoulder structure, I have a shit waist and poor shoulder structure. The only man over 6 foot to ever win the olympia(besides the dude that one the very first ever ) . He will always be the best bodybuilder in my eyes because he made things work when they didn't really have a right too. His overtraining is well documented. What impresses me most about him is If muscle is grown at the same rate on all individuals it is obivous that a short man Has the advantage over the tall man because the short man will fill in faster. Considering this arnolds chest was 58 inches in his 20s well above many short peoples chest circumference(then or today) and even tall peoples chest circumference in their 30s!. Gunter at 50 pounds heavier has the same chest measurement and gunter is even shorter then arnold. You just can't describe why he was the best. But He just is point blank. Best Symmetry and musculature of all time I think. Chest is best of all time, Twisting back double bis and mantis pose are so freaking awesome. Another point about arnold. A lot of tall guys realise they need a lot of mass to compete against the solid short guys so they pack it on ridiculously (e.g greg kovacs) Arnold Still had short mans symmetry with tall mans mass. Truly Amazing.

I was gonna make a thread on this and tally results but then I thought there probably already is one. SO I didnt bother to try and find it I hate the BBD search feature Plus if arnold didn't get number 1 i'd have to cry

For the next few weeks.

starting tommorrow im going to not be soft. lol. So Out the door by at the latest 7am with breakfast prepared in my bag. Im gonna walk on an empty stomach to my gym 30-40 minutes. Sit down for my meal at the gym carbs and protein. Then 15 or so minutes after that Ill train a bodypart. Then walk home. After my walk I'll have carbs every hour after the walk for 2 hours. So by 11:30 in the morning Most of my carbs will be done for the day and essentially I'll be walking twice on an empty stomach. I Just want to try things that dont reduce my carbs that much this time around. I might still have fruit and veg after midday but definately no potatoes, oats, rice after 12am. Tell me what you guys think. I am just in the line of thinking I never use my carbs effectively enough. So before and after training are when i need them most for strength and recovery and the rest of the day i dont need them. Thats the idea I want to try here. That and carb metabolism is generally not wanted when ur not active. So if i stop eating them earlier in the day. Booya. Tell me what u guys think of this. as well Should I still consume an energy drink during training?

further note. I never commit myself to enough rest days. With my contest prep espeically. Should I go 3 days on 1 day off, 4 days on 1 day off, 5 days on and 1 day off?. My plan is to only train legs less.
so maybe
1.shoulders
2.back
3.tris/bis
4.rest
5.chest
6.legs
7.shoulders
8.rest
9.Back
10.Chest
11.Tris/ bis
12.rest
Any suggestions?
fuck thats complicated lol.
