Inspired by a leg workout of makaveli's a short while ago i bring u this.

legs in 20 minutes

Hamstring curl supersetted with Stiff legged deadlift
100 pounds 15 reps 60 kilos 15 reps
150 pounds 15 reps 100 kilos 12 reps
150 pounds plus 20 kilos 9 reps 100 kilos for 7 reps 60 kilos for 12 reps

Front squats (time under tension) supersetted with anything:P
90 kilos 12 reps leg extensions 100 pounds 15 reps
100 kilos 12 reps with sissy squats failure think it was about 8
100 kilos 8 reps 90 kilos 5 reps 70 kilos 4 reps 50 kilos 4 reps

seated calf raises
3 sets to failure.

Done like dinner.

18 sleeps till my contest. Trying to do 40 carbs a day from today. Last ditch effort to try and get more conditioned. the abbreviated training session was from lack of time not lack of carbs tho. I hope i nail my contest shape. I feel about an 8 in conditioning one day and then the next ill feel as low as a 4.

Ive been doing 20 carbs a day for the past 3 days. I still have hair and a lot of tanning to do so my definition will increase. I haven't hit ketosis mode yet (fat burning mode) so this aitkens diet is worrying me i could be losing muscle for my energy(lack there of). heres my plan until my comp. Not posting updates often i know but its so hard to make time when alls u have energy for is 30 minutes of weights a day. the updates are more for my benefit anyway.

Day 1 (Friday feb 10, today) Continue with 20 grams of carbs. practice posing with 20 second holds on every pose in my routine. 30 minutes of weight training Chest. Over an hour of walking.

Day 2 (saturday) 20 grams carbs. Practice posing. 30 minutes of weights Triceps. over an hour of walking.

Day 3 (sunday) 20 grams of carbs. practice posing. 30 minutes of weights shoulders. over an hour of walking.

Day 4 (monday) 20 grams of carbs. practice posing. 30 minutes of weights last leg day befor comp, over an hour of walking

day 5. (tuesday) Practice carb load. haven't worked out a figure yet! (i want to see how my body will respond (if it will take long to get full again). Chest training possibly upto 50 minutes. walking for an hour. practice posing.

day 6 (wednesday) If didnt respond well to carb load, load more. on this instance back training upto 50 minutes. If i did get noticeable fullness off one day. Back to deplete. Back training 40 minutes of high reps nothing below 15 reps. practice posing.

day 7 (thursday) if still didnt respond well to load. carbs become higher part of calorie consumption until contest. If i did. back to deplete. High reps. tricep training.
walk and pose.

day 8(friday) 30 minutes of weights biceps forarms, walk , pose

day 9(saturday 18th 1 week befor comp) 30mins of weights shoulders, walk, pose

day 10 (sunday) Back, pose,walk

day 11 (monday) chest,pose,walk

day 12 (tuesday) arms,pose,walk

day 13(wednesday possibly start carb load depending on trial) shoulders, pose, walk

day14 thursday , carb load, no training, pose.

day15 friday carb load, no training, pose. Trying for no water. Travelling back to dubbo for contest.

day 16 (SATURDAY) get up early. shave if i have to shave. eat if i have to eat. compete.

Theres a few flaws. I dont really know what to do with my water depleting being so low on carbs. hmmmmmmmmm. Its only my first contest tho. Any suggestions welcome. Im going to compete no matter what. I think im in great condition. I think with water. I'll measure it a.s.a.p drink double as much from 2 wednesdays befor my contest. and drink half the ammount from the original figure from the first carb load day. With friday day befor the contest. No water. Tell me what u think about my prep.whether im crazy or just plain stupid or if u think it will work whatever.

Just practiced my carb up. Everything went reasonable. Going to try different carbs though as i got a little bit bloated from the experience.

Today was my first day of 2 of high reps carb depletion training.

chest back and abs

everything i did was above 25 repetitons.

flat bench 3 sets superset with bent over rows
pulldowns with machine presses 3 sets
deadlifts with pullovers 3 sets
machine rows with cable flys 3 sets
