today was gonna do back thickness and bis but really messed myself up

I was deadlifting on low carbs went for 200 on my 4th set so i was gonna try heavier got it up halfway and my back just snapped i couldnt get it up further.
Tried to finish my back workout doing light stuff
Bent over rows with 100 and stuff like that but my lower back was too sore I didnt do any bicep work I just left. having no carbs is the devil

yeah my back is busted up bad.

I havent stopped training just not near a computer so cant update.

I cant train lower back and have avoided legs until today.

Been training in sydney and newcastle. But my back is real bad plain and simple. I cant do any abs or anything. I did everything machines today and it made me feel like a soccer player. (someone soft)

Front squats smith machine
4 sets 12-6 reps upto 50-130 kilos 1 set of time under tension failure

Partials on leg press. (Could not go deep as my back was tense)
350 kilos 4 sets of 15

Leg extensions 3 sets of 15
leg curls 3 sets of 15
walking barbell lunges 2 sets failure 40 kilos

1 legged Standing calf dumbell raise 50 kilo dumbell 3 sets failure
standing calf raise stack 2 sets failure
leg press calf raises 450kilo utilising stripping on last 2 sets kilos 4 sets failure

Sorry to hear about your back. At least you're doing what you can! Still looked some good lifts there in spite of your injury! Be careful though and I hope you're back on the mend quickly!!

its gonna look like this

Back
Chest/bis
legs
Shoulders/tris
repeat

im holidaying and training at same time and cant get a physio for my back. SO im gonna wait till i get home for that. I tweaked it super bad doing legs yesterday. It feels as fresh as it did when i fucked up my deadlift. It didn't get better in sydney either. I was training at a massive gym and got to use hammer strength machines for the first time. They were pretty sick! But yeah. One week in Sydney with my French nutritionist girlfriend (that is also a masusse) and my back is worse if anything. Ofcourse all the love making didn't help. OOo la la

Shoulders/tris ill try to post later.

Listen Pickle, be careful with your training. I know it's hard to give it a rest but don't wanna see you get your back worse. Might be an idea to take some time off. If you tweaked it again doing light legs, you don't wanna risk this injury hanging around for longer than is necessary! Especially seeing as the back is used in some way or other in nearly every exercise you do! You're a clever bloke so I know you'll do what is right, so take care bud!

Yeah I wouldnt of had a few days off cept i got sick really badly and start coughing up blood
someone has been doing voodoo on me. Ive lost 5 kilos in 2 days. Excellent for contest prep :P

I weigh 92 kilos... Worst thing is Im only carrying a little less bodyfat then what i was at 97 kilos. Oh my back is still fucked and i cant pick a coin up off the ground.

heres some photos of me at 97 kilos ive had 3 days of training since then and lost 5 kilos

back injuries are the worst. i would take some time off but still walk and stretch to loosin it up. hip stretches seem to help out the back a lot. i tweaked my back about 7-8 months ago and it took about one month until it was fully healed. good luck with that and you are looking pretty good bud.
