was talked into working out legs by the mrs.

squats
140kgs 5by5 (yes thats a 10kg jump up from 4 days ago i nearly died on 5th set tho)
really only wanted to squat did some other stuff to but it was just to pass time
stiff legged deadlifts
60kgs by 6, 140kgs by 5 ,170kgs by 6 (that was close to failure that last set)

ab machine crunches 4 sets of 10-20 reps on 50-150 pounds

squats are awesome, the stiff leg deads though, those are insane. Crazy hamstrings on you man, weve all seen those trunks you got though, excellent numbers for that leg session man.

hey guys thanks for stopping by and for kind words. My legs are getting back to where they were at there best but still feels like im not lifting near where i can be. Its annoying cause the 3 lifts i want to be building up bench,deadlift,squat have all taken major hits and all the other lifts i do haven't. for instance my bench im fiddling with 5 sets of 5 and i did that on 97.5kgs in todays session when before i could do 120 for 6 on bench. and then before for like an isolation i could do 1 arm tricep over heads with 17.5s and today i did them with 20s :S

everything was full reps with no spotter.

bench flat barbell
97.5kgs 5by5 (next week is 100kgs)
Underhand grip barbell rows
100kgs 5by5 (next week is 102.5kgs)
shoulder barbell press
67.5kgs 5by5 (next week is 70kgs)
1 arm dumbell overheads
20kgs 5by5 (next week is 22.5kgs god i wish the dumbells went up in smaller increments lol)

geezus what you WERE doing on bench is huge! what ur doing now is still big too tho!
dont worry man its a pain in the arse but once everything gets into the groove and you can hit all 3 lifts in the week you feel so much better for it and you'll smash it!!
