yeah, i dunno, competeting isn't for me. Like when im on stage by myself i love it. Posing i just have a ball with. Im one of the most natural posers ever. Just the judging and shit like that i can't stand, it ruins all the hardwork i put into something.

you looked great man. in the first lot of those 3 guys pics, maybe the guy on the left could slightly get you in upper body but your lower body was awesome compared to them and the 2 guys on the right pfft they look like totl crap compared to how u were on that night. well done man proud of you and im sure u had alot of fun with it and dang aus titles i would have def watched u compete then!

hey guys picked up 5*5 of sorts but might not last long as i have booked a physio appointment (finally) for tommorrow lol
anyway todays workout was everything full reps none of this partial stuff with no spotter and no training partner just the way i like it.
92.5kg flat bench 5by5 (easy as piss but gotta take a step back to go foward)
superset with 95kg barbell rows 5by5(easy as piss but gotta take a step back to go foward)
shoulder military press 62.5kgs 5by5 (easy as piss but gotta take a step back to go foward)
one arm dumbell overhead tricep extension 17.5kgs 5by5 (easy as piss but gotta take a step back to go foward)
ill start posting again tommorrow for sure and tell yas how i go at phsyio. Im trying not to think about it. I have now had 3 people tell me I have scolioisis
