6 sleeps out. Apperently there will be 5 or 6 people backing up from a contest 1 week ago entering in my division. Oh its on like donkey kong!
today I did an hour of hot spin... (like
rpm lol) and did back thickness high rep stuff over about an hour as well.
only deadlifted upto 130 kgs and rowed upto 60kg really just wanted the muscles to contract without injuring myself. Workouts are going well. Its interesting last time i competed at about 7-8% bf which is all i wanted to be and for that contest prep i was 10.5% bf(4 point test) at 91kgs 5 sleeps out. This time round i was 94kgs 7 sleeps out at 9.5% bf (4 point test). Its amazing how not being sick makes such a difference. Still I hope to get around that 8% figure its all i need to have a 6 pack relaxed.
Im trying not to worry about any of the other competetiors that might be backing up. They will come in phenominal shape but thats them not me. I wanted to hit my conditioning of my first contest at a heavier weight and Im still confident I can do it. I'm still learning about my body and diamond cuts are something i wont be able to refine without losing a lot of muscle mass naturally for some time. Im confident Ill be able to do it some day but for now i have to practice posing and try to make my body the best it can be at the bf levels im on.
