lol q you'll be pyshco in the gym even if i update regularly u scare me.
And big ben ill try to update more i dont want u after me. U'll suplex me out of my boots.

My back held up really well today. But without further build up heres a q80 style

BRING YOUR MOTHER TRUCKIN MASS ALIVE WITH DEADS

Deadlifts. Double overhand grip. Starting from rack going to just above the floor (4-6 inches) to avoid twinging my lowerback injury again.
60kg by 10, 80kg by 10, 100kg by 10. (warm ups)

140kg by 8 didnt take it to failure but it felt good all the same.

160kg by 6 same as above wasnt confident to goto failure but still was very
effective it was making my upper back feel open and thick as well as lower back engagement (obviously)

180kgby2 again wasn't failure just had to see if i could do it heavy and it felt pretty good.

Bent over rows double underhand grip. (I was just excited to be at this stage with a not sore lower back lol)
90kgs by 15 Felt pretty good about an 8 out of 10
110kgs by 9 (held myself back?)
120kgs by 4 (died pretty quick... i've got no heart), 60kgs by 20... That'll teach me for being soft on 120...

Cable rows
180p by 15
200pby10
240p by 6 or 8 cant remember with 100p by 20 (i was aiming for 15 reps there)

biceps
ez bar curls (weights without the weight of ezy bar... what do they weigh ?)
30 by 12
35 by 10
40 by 8 using negatives

preacher dumbell curls
12.5 by 12 using forced reps.
10 kilos by 12

biceps are suprisingly the sorest bodypart now. It was probably a 9 for bicep engagement that bi workout at the end. Really really effective. and the back session was about an 8 out of 10. pretty happy with the burn sets i did and lifting over 170kgs without hearing my back crack on deadlifts is always a massive plus. Once Im in offseason i think repping my previous 215kg 1rm will be my goal (that was from the floor though :( damn my lower back)

lool at "BRING YOUR MOTHER TRUCKIN MASS ALIVE WITH DEADS" .. yeah i can agree u've killed ur lower back with these sets of deadz .. i think u can rep out this 180 kilos more than 2 reps either :) .. and great bent over rows .. bi's are sore for the back exersice morethan it's workout :) .. we want these kinds of workout come up from u picko .. keep them up and don't be lazy again :)

yea Pickle! man your strong for being on that diet, I'm not on a diet and not even that strong lol. I shall reach you one day muahahaha. Or perhaps not, lol.

Pickle your weights are all looking very fine. Even with you twinging your back your deadlift is still very good. Oh and the EZ Bar weighs 35lbs I do believe. After that heavy back workout and hittin biceps at the end I dont doubt one bit that your biceps are the most sore. Great session as always Pickle.

Oh yea, BB Rows are awesome bro, Yates style is the way to go!

Good luck with your goal of repping your previous 1rpm, I bet you'll crush it man. Good luck.

How much are you weighing these days anyway?

Massive deads man, I give you credit for doing them, a lesser man would of strayed FFAARRRR away from them if they had an injured lower back like you do, but you deaded like there was no tomorrow!

Great sessions man. Huge deadlift especially for being cautious! Just picturing the announcement now "And the winner by a mile in all aspects - Pickle!"
The weirdest bit about that announcement being the MC using your internet name instead of your real one.

even though you're not at fully strength at the moment with the dieting you're still putting up some reasonable weight man... i commend u for doing deadz but being cautious at the same time

haha rocky. My real name is pickle. My mother named me after a vegetable... I actually did dips today. Not to your caliber but i had a dig . cheers guys for the motivation and nice words on deads.

shoulders and tris
smith milataries
30kg by 10
65kg by 12
70kg by 10
75kg by 6 or so stripped and did a few more.

side dumbell raises
15 kg by 12 no rest 17.5 by 10 no rest 20 by 8 no rest 22.5 by some of the sloppiest for 6 u'll ever see.
1 minute later... 10kg by 30 or so stricter form like i was using on the 17.5s on above set.

barbell front raises
30 kg by 11 reps (my shoulders were toast)
32.5kg by 10 or so (dont remember)

dumbell rear raises (lol at these i was doing them with dumbells some guy was incline benching and when he saw the reps i was doing he told me to get fucked.)
22.5kgs by 15
25kgs by 12
25kgs by 11

Dips
me(93kg) * 15
me + 20kgs *12
me + 30kgs * 8 strip me * 6

1 arm dumbell overheads (god i love these after dips)
15 kgs by 12
17.5 kgs by 10 (using forced reps)
12.5kgs by 15 (only just got there)

that was it. Reasonable session and can't complain. good to do the ol parallel bar dips again, first time in a while. I'll definately have them more regularly in my offseason.

Pickle do you realize how much I envy you lol. Your so depleted and yet so strong. and only a year older than I, a year from now I hope to be where your at thats for sure.

and stick with them dips man, one of the best exercises IMO. still lookin forward to your posing video.l
