today was chest and abs.
I did 3 kilos heavier on most lifts and had a real good session. same chest day as last week just heavier same amount of reps in some cases more.
flat bench,decline dumbells, inc smith machine, cable crossovers
the only thing i did different was i did 2 tut sets at the end of flat barbell presses.
80kgs bottom 3rd for 12 reps
30 second rest
80kgs top 3rd of movement for 12 reps
it really felt good.
