so yesterday was my transition phase into a modified aitkins diet. Modified to almost me to what i think an anabolic diet would try to achieve but not to the extent of Ive gone out and read up on the anabolic diet. Im more inclined to thinking im doing atkins with one or 2 days a week of carb up.
2 macdonalds big breakfasts no muffins, no hashbrowns= 5g carbs
Smoked salmon and 1.5 tables spoons of fish oil= <0.5 carbs
Peanut butter steak and mustard (don't ask) = 9g carbs
1 can of tabasco peppered sardines= 0 carbs
cheese various = 4 carbs
Good ol smoked chicken and lettuce = 6 carbs
good ol smoked chicken = 2 carbs
= 26.5 carbs aiming for about 30 a genourous figure as well cause i allowed about 3 carbs for lettuce when i probably ate 0.5 carbs worth of lettuce. (which allowed for any mistake in error of my peanut butter binge... hoepfully)
thus far today (I'll probably shoot for 20 grams total carbs)
8 eggs with mayonaise = 3.5 carbs
