thanks guys.

And rocky... Shut up just shut up. We both know your arms are titanically bigger then my legs.

Arm day supersets. (had to superset everything... my mums visiting im a mummas boy i couldn't spend much time away from her)

Tricep pushdowns with barbell curls
110 pounds for 15 reps with 30 kilos for 12 reps
(switched to a different tricep stacK) 15 kilos for 15 reps with 30 kilos for 12 reps
(warm ups out of the way)
50 kilos for 12 reps with 45 kilos for 10 reps
55 kilos for 12 reps with 47 kilos for 8 reps
60 kilos for 8 reps,stripped twice after that with 47 kilos for 6 reps, 30 kilos for 12 half reps.

Dumbell overheads with hammer curls(stop, HAMMER TIME! ppfff im singing that everytime i walk over to do hammer curls now... God ur a *** rocky... lol jokes jokes)

42.5 kilos by 12 with 20 kilos by 10 each arm
42.5 kilos by 12 with 22.5 kilos by 10 each arm
30 kilos by 15 with 25 kilos by 10 each arm (looser form)

High cable curl with 1 arm pushdowns.
40 pounds by 12 with 60 pounds by 12 each arm
50 pounds by 12 with 70 pounds by 10 each arm
50 pounds by 12 with 50 pounds by 15 each arm (mum came into the gym for this set and i got all shy and had to stop.)

out of there in 30 mins or less wan't keepin track really.

nice work with the supersets man, them STOP!.... Hammer curls are lookin good. never tried high cable curls tho - how good are they??

mak- Awesome You get to focus more deeply on the fibers and watch them pull and contract. they are great high cABLE Curls > any other cable bicep exercise in my opinion.

I love them cable curls too! Can't do them at my gym though! Nice work. Hope you didn't leave your mum for too long on hr own young man!

so yesterday was my transition phase into a modified aitkins diet. Modified to almost me to what i think an anabolic diet would try to achieve but not to the extent of Ive gone out and read up on the anabolic diet. Im more inclined to thinking im doing atkins with one or 2 days a week of carb up.

2 macdonalds big breakfasts no muffins, no hashbrowns= 5g carbs
Smoked salmon and 1.5 tables spoons of fish oil= <0.5 carbs
Peanut butter steak and mustard (don't ask) = 9g carbs
1 can of tabasco peppered sardines= 0 carbs
cheese various = 4 carbs
Good ol smoked chicken and lettuce = 6 carbs
good ol smoked chicken = 2 carbs

= 26.5 carbs aiming for about 30 a genourous figure as well cause i allowed about 3 carbs for lettuce when i probably ate 0.5 carbs worth of lettuce. (which allowed for any mistake in error of my peanut butter binge... hoepfully)

thus far today (I'll probably shoot for 20 grams total carbs)
8 eggs with mayonaise = 3.5 carbs

training shoulders later on xoxoxo

hmmm check out my right peck guys. The only thing that stops me from thinking ive torn it at some stage is i can't remember having any pain. I can imagine it would be crippling. Still yet to train shoulders yet
