im a little confused by that guy but hey im always confused. I'm a body lifter never been interested in powerlifting even if i resort to low rep sets sometimes its only bodybuilding to me.

today was delts.

seated milataries

30 for 12
50 for 12
60 for 12
70 for 12
75 for 8, 50 for failure

giant set side raises
15 kilos for 12 reps, 17.5 for 10 reps, 20 kilos for 8 reps
17.5 for 10 reps, 20 kilos for 8 reps, 22.5 kilos for 6 reps. (some of the best partials you'll ever see here:P:P really pumped and fatigued well)
10 kilos for 15 reps rest pause another 8 or 9 i was cooked!

wide grip upright rows
30 kilos for 12 reps
40 kilos for 12 reps
45 kilos for 12 reps (some of them were partials last 2 or so)

rear cable flies
2 sets of 8 on 30 pounds each hand

over and out little duckies.
