Seated Row: 135lb x 10, 195lb x 8 (2 sets) - 2nd set was little iffy!
Plus ab work
Good session today! Changed it a little bit. Dropped an exercise for each muscle group in a bid to concentrate on the others and look to incresasing the main ones each week. Hopefully will do the trick - plus upped the intensity with the superset between last exercise for chest and first exercise for back - so the session was pretty quick and we had time to do abs! Hopefully will do the trick!
